Joanne  Liggan

As the wife of home builder Gerald W. Liggan, owner of Liggan Homes, Inc., Joanne has been an active employee and board member of the company for 37 years. As such, she has seen the roller coaster ride of the housing business with all its peaks and valleys.

A Realtor® for almost 30 years in the Richmond Metro area, Liggan specialized in newly constructed homes and was the principal broker for Arrow Realty, which was located in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
 
Now retired from the real estate business and her part-time secretarial position for the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, she spends her time writing and spending time with her family.
